After you have configured and ordered your dining table, it will go into production. Once your table is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email allowing you to choose a delivery date and a suitable time slot.

All tabletops are treated in our own factory in the Netherlands with a water-based stain and an extra-matt two-component lacquer. This protects the wood while preserving its natural appearance. Wipe the tabletop with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaning products or abrasive materials, and use coasters to prevent rings.

If you choose the installation service, your dining table will be unpacked, assembled and placed in the desired location in your home. The packaging materials will be taken away afterwards.

Yes, you can. The tabletop and table leg are delivered as two separate packages. You can easily assemble the table yourself using the assembly instructions provided. We recommend placing felt pads underneath the legs to protect hard floors.

The delivery time depends on the configuration you choose. Please allow approximately 5 to 8 weeks for delivery.

You can cancel your order as long as production has not yet started. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. As your table is produced specifically based on your choices, it is considered a customised product. Therefore, the table cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery.
